The Service is a browser-based companion tool for fantasy football drafts. It displays publicly accessible draft data, rankings, statistics, and heuristic projections. The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future; these Terms will be updated before any charge applies.
The Service is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper (Blitz Studios, Inc.), the National Football League, or any team or player. The Service accesses only publicly available, read-only data. It never asks for, stores, or uses your Sleeper password, and it cannot take any action on your Sleeper account. "Sleeper" and other trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
The Service displays data retrieved in real time from third-party sources, including Sleeper's public API and FantasyFootballCalculator's public ADP API. We do not control these sources. They may change, become unavailable, rate-limit, or return inaccurate data at any time, and the Service may stop working partially or entirely as a result. We make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of third-party data.
All projections, floor/median/ceiling ranges, pick forecasts, strategy reads, and prediction confidence figures are heuristic estimates for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are frequently wrong — the Service displays its own live accuracy rate for exactly this reason. Nothing in the Service constitutes betting, wagering, or gambling advice, or any guarantee of fantasy outcomes. Decisions you make in drafts, leagues, or paid contests are entirely your own.
Rankings you upload or paste are processed in your browser to power the Service's features and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. You are responsible for having the right to use any rankings data you upload.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE DURING YOUR DRAFT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ENTRY FEES, WINNINGS, OR FANTASY OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS (CURRENTLY $0) OR $50.
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date above will change when we do, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be flagged on the Service where practical.
We may suspend or block access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of Section 6.
