Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE: JULY 11, 2026

Plain-English summary: we don't have accounts, we don't have a database, and the app runs in your browser. The Sleeper username you type is sent to Sleeper's own public API to look up public draft data — not to us. The main data we see is standard web hosting logs and, if enabled, anonymous usage analytics.

1. Who we are

2. What we do NOT collect

No accounts. There is no sign-up, login, or password. The only email we receive is one you optionally provide at the end of a draft to receive your recap (see Section 4).
No Sleeper credentials. The Service never asks for or receives your Sleeper password, and cannot act on your Sleeper account.
No server-side storage of your activity. The Service has no database. Your target queues, custom rankings, uploaded CSVs, exposure tables, and draft views are processed in your browser's memory and are discarded when you close or refresh the page.
No sale of personal information. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

3. What is processed, and where it goes

Sleeper usernames and draft IDs you enter are sent directly from your browser to Sleeper's public API (api.sleeper.app) to retrieve publicly accessible data — draft picks, league display names, player data, and season statistics. This request goes to Sleeper, not to our servers. Sleeper's handling of that request is governed by Sleeper's own privacy policy.

Rankings requests may be sent from your browser to FantasyFootballCalculator's public API to retrieve ADP data. No personal information is included in those requests.

Files you upload (e.g., rankings CSVs) are read locally in your browser and are not transmitted to us.

4. What we do collect

Hosting logs. The Service is hosted on Vercel, which — like all web hosts — automatically processes standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to serve and secure the site. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Draft recap emails (optional). At the end of a draft you may enter an email address to receive a one-time recap of that draft. The address and the recap data are sent to our workflow processor solely to deliver that email. If you also check the optional updates box, we may send occasional product updates, which you can opt out of at any time. We do not use recap emails for anything else and do not sell or share them.
Usage analytics (if enabled). We may use privacy-focused product analytics (e.g., PostHog) and error monitoring (e.g., Sentry) to understand which features are used and to fix crashes. Where used, these are configured to collect event-level usage data (e.g., "opened War Room tab") and technical error context — not your rankings content or the usernames you look up. If we enable these tools, this policy's Effective date will be updated to reflect it.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Service itself does not set advertising cookies and does not currently persist your data in browser storage between sessions. Analytics tools, if enabled, may use cookies or local storage for anonymous session identification. Our hosting provider may set strictly functional cookies.

6. Public data and other people's usernames

Draft data displayed by the Service (picks, drafter display names) is already publicly accessible through Sleeper's API to anyone with the draft ID. The Service displays it but does not store it. Please only look up usernames and drafts you have a legitimate interest in viewing.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Service, contact us and we will address it.

8. Data retention

Because we operate no database of user activity, there is generally nothing for us to retain or delete beyond hosting/analytics logs, which are retained per Vercel's (and, if enabled, PostHog's/Sentry's) standard retention periods.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., California, EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Given the architecture above, the personal information we hold about you is minimal to none — but you can contact us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] with any request and we will respond as required by applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

If the Service adds accounts, payments, or server-side storage in the future, this policy will be updated before those features launch, and the Effective date above will change. Material changes will be flagged on the Service where practical.
